Welcome to the Shoarma La Marina news page! Here, we'll keep you updated on all the latest developments surrounding our new restaurant in Jávea (Xàbia), on the beautiful Costa Blanca. Over the past few months, we've been working with great enthusiasm on the renovation, the interior design, and all the preparations needed to welcome our guests. From day one, our goal has been clear: to create a modern, welcoming restaurant where you can enjoy delicious, freshly prepared shoarma, flavorful grilled dishes, and genuine hospitality. Originally, we planned to open our doors in mid-July. Unfortunately, we've had to postpone our opening by a few weeks. Due to the scale of the renovation and the delivery times of several pieces of professional kitchen equipment and installations, we need a little more time to complete everything to the highest standard. As a result, our new target opening date is mid-August.
Quality Takes Time – That's Why We're Opening in Mid-August
Although we would have loved to open as soon as possible, we've deliberately chosen quality over speed. We want everything to be perfect from the very first day we welcome our guests. From our professional kitchen and state-of-the-art equipment to the restaurant's interior, our takeaway and delivery service, and of course the quality of our food—every detail must be exactly right before we open our doors. We are incredibly grateful for all the positive feedback, curious questions, and enthusiastic messages we've received over the past months. It's fantastic to see how many people from Jávea, across the Costa Blanca, and even holidaymakers from the Netherlands and Belgium are looking forward to the opening of Shoarma La Marina. Your enthusiasm motivates us every day to work even harder to create a restaurant where quality, flavor, and hospitality come together.
